Geez I still remember my bridesmaid asking about 100 times on the ride down about what our itinerary was (and I hadn’t made one). How genius is it that this company, Bluff City Bach, can do all of the work for you?! They can even handle the payments from your peeps!
The Brains behind the Biz
My name is Haley McEntire and my husband, Patrick, and I launched Bluff City Bach in late 2019. When we were engaged and going on our bachelor/ette trips, we had very different experiences. I'm a full-time wedding planner for Spring Creek Ranch and was bogged down with all the details for our wedding day, so I didn't want to make any decisions for my bachelorette party.
My bridesmaids took on the task and planned the whole thing without me knowing a single detail until the day we left. I didn't even know where we were going. We ended up in Dallas for the best weekend ever.
Patrick's groomsmen were less enthusiastic with planning and threw everything together at the last minute. He just wanted to chill at a cabin and play golf, so they went to Heber Springs and did just that.
We both had a great time, but thought there has got to be a better way to do this, and a market for groups coming to Memphis for their bach so the bride or groom and their bridal parties are all stress-free. So here we are!

When planning a bachelor/ette party in Memphis, our ultimate goal is for the guest of honor to have the time of their lives. Part of that means the planning process and every second they spend in Memphis should be stress and drama free.
Some of the services we provide are: we will book accommodations, stock the kitchen with all of the weekend essentials, plan activities in town, make dining reservations and everything in between. We want each group who we plan for to love Memphis as much as we do, so we tailor every detail to each specific group's taste.
The only thing they need to worry about is having a great time and getting the guest of honor down the aisle on the wedding day.
We offer different pricing and packages to accommodate each bachelor and bachelorette party during their trip to Memphis. Pricing varies dependent upon the number of people in your party, your accommodation choices and your party dates. The below pricing is for a party of 8 people staying at a 3 bedroom AirBNB on a standard, non-peak weekend.
